We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students and their guardian's via phone to promote courses and services of college, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services
- Handle inbound sales calls and customer inquiries
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
