About the Role
RX Sterile Medpack Pvt Ltd is a growing manufacturer of medical packaging and consumable products. We are hiring an energetic Sales Executive to develop new business and grow our customer network across Kerala.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to five years of experience are welcome to apply. Previous healthcare sales experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business across assigned areas in Kerala.
- Promote and sell the company’s medical consumables and packaging products.
- Meet hospitals, distributors, dealers, surgical stores, and other healthcare customers.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales discussions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Work toward monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Gather information about market demand and competing products
- Submit regular customer-visit and sales reports.
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Candidates from medical consumables, surgical products, medical devices, pharma, hospital sales, institutional sales, healthcare products, or other field-sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits across Kerala is required.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
- Existing relationships with hospitals, distributors, dealers, or surgical stores will be an advantage but are not essential.
