Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Loan Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Credit Card, or BFSI Sales and be passionate about building customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Promote and sell Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable loan solutions.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and required documentation.
- Collect customer documents and coordinate with the processing team for smooth loan approval and disbursement.
- Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date with financial products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Loan Sales, Personal Loan Sales, Business Loan Sales, Home Loan Sales, Credit Card Sales, Banking Sales, NBFC, Microfinance, DSA, or BFSI Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
