Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Banking, NBFC, and Fintech roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Handle offer roll-out, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
- Build strong talent pipelines for Sales, Operations, Collections, Customer Support, Credit, Risk, and Finance roles.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
