Position Overview
We are looking for confident and result-oriented Clinic Counsellors who can guide patients, explain treatment plans, and convert consultations into sales while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in and lead patients professionally
- Understand patient concerns and explain suitable treatment options
- Convert consultations into treatment package sales
- Follow up with leads and inactive patients
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Maintain CRM updates and patient records
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services ethically
- Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with targets and incentives
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
- Experience in skin, hair, dental, wellness, education, immigration or luxury service industry preferred
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Compensation
- Fixed salary + attractive incentives

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
