Key Responsibilies:
- Coordinate with project sites, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execu on. Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), weekly reports, project status updates, and MIS reports to management.
- Monitor ongoing project ac vi es and track progress against planned schedules. Review construc on drawings, BOQs, specifica ons, and technical documents. Prepare quantity calculaons, esma on sheets, measurement records, and billing calculaons. Verify contractor bills, subcontractor bills, work measurements, and project‐related invoices.
- Maintain regular updates on machinery deployment, u liza on, maintenance schedules, and equipment records across project sites.
- Coordinate material requirements, consump on tracking, and site resource planning. Maintain project documenta on, approvals, technical records, billing files, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures. Conduct site visits whenever required for inspec ons, coordina on, verifica on, and progress monitoring.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams for effec ve communica on and issue resolu on. Eligibility Criteria Qualifica on: B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil / ITI Civil Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, and project documenta on. Knowledge of esma on, quan ty surveying, billing, and construc on process.
- Good communica on, repor ng, and coordina on skills. Strong analy cal ability, a en on to detail, and problem‐solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Preferred Skills Experience in Real Estate, Construc on, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects. Knowledge of project billing, quan ty calcula ons, machinery management, and contractor coordina on.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
