Eligibility:
- Graduation in HR / HRMS preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.

- Disciplined with excellent communications and convincing skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving and should have desire to work with a results driven approach
- Should have knowledge of MS-Office
- Able to do end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process through various Job portals, agencies, references and Linked-In – Starting from Job Posting, Screening, Interview along with HODs / technical team, offer letter, Induction and on-boarding.
- Should be capable to execute all routine tasks – I.e. Salary process, attendance, leaves, maintain employee records, etc.
- Able to Implement employee related policies and procedures – as per company instructions
- Able to execute employee engagement programs (Birthday, Office Program, Etc.) as per company instructions
- Act as first point of employees contact for any issues related to anything – Office/Personal
Additional Responsibilities:
- Employee’s Skill analysis with HODs, conduct trainings for new and existing employees with HOD / Technical team.
- Will be responsible to provide strategic inputs to the management to enhance work culture and existing practices for employee development and company growth.
- Should help management to develop and implement employee related policies and procedures for company growth
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Should have knowledge of employment/labour laws, ensure compliance with labour regulations
- Able to undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Able to handle and resolve employee’s conflict and should enhance job satisfaction
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
