Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled SRC professional with 3–5 years of experience in the Banking domain. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in application monitoring, incident management, and production support across distributed and mainframe environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor applications and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve production issues in a banking environment.
Use monitoring tools to detect anomalies and prevent incidents.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support problem management activities.
Handle batch job monitoring, ETL failures, and Unix-related issues.
Support mainframe applications and coordinate with relevant teams during incidents.
Maintain incident documentation and provide regular status updates.
