Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our US-based customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in US shift timings.
- Prior customer support experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM and support tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
