Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager,to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the branch efficiently.
- Achieve branch business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Supervise and guide branch staff to ensure productivity and performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor daily transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement marketing and business development strategies to expand the customer base.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports to management.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure operational transparency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 or more years of experience in the finance sector is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial services and customer relationship management.
