Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site interior work execution, manage labor and vendors, ensure quality standards, and complete projects within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth site operations.
- Manage manpower, materials, and tools at the site efficiently.
- Check measurements, materials, and finishes to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report daily site status to the Project Manager.
- Ensure timely completion of work and adherence to safety regulations.
- Handle on-site issues, resolve technical problems, and maintain discipline among workers.
- Verify contractor bills and site material usage.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
