Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for manufacturing and industrial roles.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, Chemical, Automobile, or Gases sectors.
- Strong sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
