Job Summary
The HVAC Engineer is responsible for planning, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems at project sites. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure quality work, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, insulation, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment.
- Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Prepare material requisitions and monitor material consumption at site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, standards, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Monitor manpower productivity and subcontractor performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Prepare as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
- Support estimation and quantity take-off activities when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- HVAC Certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, and clean room systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office & others.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, or project execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
