As a Senior Executive - HR Operations, you will be the backbone of our HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations from onboarding to exit. You will take complete ownership of payroll processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.), employee data management, and grievance resolution to ensure an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete joining formalities, document verification, background verification (BGV) coordination, and smooth induction of new hires.
- Maintain and update error-free employee records, digital files, and HRIS systems on a real-time basis.
- Handle the entire offboarding process, including resignation acceptance, clearance coordination, Full & Final (F&F) settlements, and conducting exit interviews.
- Prepare and issue all employee-related letters, including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Appraisal Letters, and Experience Certificates.
- Manage monthly attendance, leave records, and inputs for accurate and timely salary processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, including the timely filing, monthly chalans, and management of PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, PF transfers, ESIC benefits, and leave policies.
- Assist in internal and external HR audits. Prepare monthly HR MIS reports, headcount trackers, and attrition analysis for the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of core experience in HR Operations and Payroll Management.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with HRIS software and Payroll portals (e.g., PF/ESIC government portals).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) is a must.
- Deep understanding of Indian statutory compliances, payroll structures, and labor laws.
- Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
