Job Description:
Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS core concepts, HANA administration, and performance tuning.
Experience with EWA reports, ABAP dumps, and system log analysis.
SAP Business Technology platform.
Network & infrastructure.
Familiarity with certificate management, SNC/SAML configurations, and RFC setups.
Proficient in troubleshooting system connectivity and application integration issues.
Knowledge of global change management (CAB) and escalation handling.
Understanding of printer/spool management and system backup/restore processes.
