Designation: Quality Inspector/Quality Engineer(Final and Line Inspections)
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience Required: More than 1 Years up to 4 years
Key Responsibilities :
1 .Measurement Systems,
- Select, validate, and maintain measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, surface roughness testers, and CMMs
- Develop and approve inspection plans, control plans, and measurement strategies
2.GD&T & Drawing Interpretation
- Review engineering drawings and specifications for inspectability and measurement feasibility
- Support design and manufacturing teams with GD&T clarifications and best practices
- Define datum structures and inspection methods aligned with functional requirements.
3. Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with design, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams to improve dimensional capability
- Train operators and inspectors on proper use of measuring instruments and GD&T interpretation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 1-4years in QC/inspection with Machinery company/Manufacturing company & Oil & Gas company.
