We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and motion. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects. A key requirement is comfort with AI-based tools and prompt writing for video generation, visual enhancement, and creative experimentation.
The candidate will work closely with our creative team and under the guidance of Anket, who will transition into a part-time consultant, supporting the role through creative direction, workload sharing, and hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities
— Design & Visual Communication
- Create high-quality graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts with minimal supervision
— Video Editing & Motion
- Edit short-form and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Create basic to intermediate motion graphics using After Effects
- Assist in developing engaging video narratives aligned with brand objectives
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
— AI & Emerging Tools
- Use AI tools for video generation, enhancements, and creative experimentation
- Write effective AI prompts to generate visuals, video elements, and concepts
- Stay updated with new AI-driven creative tools and workflows
— Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with Sr.Viideo Editor during the transition phase for training and creative alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, launches, and ongoing content needs
- Be open to feedback and iterative improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic to intermediate experience with After Effects (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI-based creative tools and prompt engineering for video/visual generation
- Good understanding of composition, typography, color, and motion
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
