We’re hiring an Office Administrator / Customer Relationship Executive (Full-Time, In-Office)
Makfusion is growing, and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of office operations, client conversations, and daily execution. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who enjoys fast-paced work, direct client interaction, and managing multiple tools and platforms.
What you’ll do:
- Handle incoming leads from marketplaces, social media, and other channels
- Talk to clients on calls, understand their needs, and help close sales
- Manage CRM systems and tools like Odoo
- Work daily with Excel, Word, and internal reports
- Coordinate warehouse updates and operational tracking from the office
- Keep documentation, processes, and communication organized
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- Clear English communication (written and spoken)
- Comfort working with CRMs and online platforms
- Ability to manage social media and marketplace inquiries
- Organized, proactive, and willing to take responsibility
