Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store In-Charge with 3–5 years of experience in inventory and store operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, handling inward and outward material movement, ensuring proper storage practices, and supporting smooth warehouse/store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel/store registers.
- Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing and material verification.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward/outward transactions.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and purchase teams for material movement.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organized storage of materials.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems / SAP / Tally / inventory software.
- Good skills in MS Excel.
- Ability to maintain records with accuracy.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory, or dispatch operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or distribution environments will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Handling inventory of raw materials, finished goods, or spare parts.
- Working with barcode systems or warehouse management systems.
- Exposure to stock reconciliation and audit support.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
