TestMu AI is building the world's first AI-native platform where Agentic Intelligence autonomously plans, authors, and self-heals the entire Quality Engineering lifecycle.Drive product adoption and revenue expansion by owning key accounts as the primary contact.
THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
1. Account Ownership (50%)
- Manage and grow key accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related queries.
2. Product Adoption (30%)
- Facilitate product training sessions to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to integrate AI-native solutions effectively.
- Monitor and analyze product usage to optimize client experience.
3. Strategic Growth (20%)
- Identify market trends and client needs to drive strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with sales to align on growth strategies.
- Contribute to product development by relaying client feedback.
