Job Overview:
We’re looking for an Video Editor and Graphic Designer who blends creativity with speed, using the latest generative tools to produce high-performing Reels and graphic content. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital platforms, including reels editing, motion graphics, static creatives and brand-aligned designs
Key Responsibilities:
- Design static impactful creative graphic posts, banners, thumbnails, posters, brochures and marketing collateral.
- Plan, edit and produce high-quality short Videos/ reels for marketing, social media, ads and branding campaigns.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, captions and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
- Create on-brand visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design presentations and internal documents when required.
- Prepare print-ready files and digital assets across required dimensions.
- Colour grade and correct footage to maintain visual consistency.
- Work with the creative team to bring scripts and storyboards to life.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, assets and final exports.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaign visuals.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related field.
Required Skills & Expertise:
· 1-3 years of proven experience as a Reels/Shorts Editor, Motion Graphics and Graphic Designer.
· Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and other AI Tools
· Understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios and platform trends
· Strong understanding of Reels editing techniques, typography, layouts and colour theory.
· Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability
· Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
