Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, with a strong focus on First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism while interacting with customers across all touchpoints.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and resolve escalations promptly, striving to achieve resolution during the first interaction.
- Communicate clearly and accurately to build customer trust and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain high standards of service quality while adhering to company policies and processes.
- Consistently meet customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality, and productivity targets.
Whom we are looking for?
- Any educatinal background
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi and atleast one South Indian langauge
- Must be comforatble to work in rotational shift and rotational week-off

- Work Location: HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bangalore
- Work Mode: Work from Office and 6 days working
