Hindi Teacher
Work Schedule
- Days: 2 days per week
- Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Additional Requirement: Weekend classes may be required based on student requirements, examination schedules, special programs, or academy activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured Hindi classes for students at the academy.
- Prepare students for Hindi Prachar Sabha examinations, including appropriate levels such as Prathamic, Madhyama, Rashtrabhasha, Praveshik, and other relevant examinations.
- Plan lessons and examination preparation according to the Hindi Prachar Sabha syllabus and examination pattern.
- Train students in:
- Hindi reading and writing
- Grammar and vocabulary
- Spoken Hindi and communication
- Comprehension
- Essay and letter writing
- Translation
- Examination-oriented writing and preparation
- Conduct regular tests, revision sessions, and mock examinations to assess students' readiness.
- Track individual student progress and identify areas requiring additional attention.
- Provide additional support and remedial training to students who need it.
- Prepare worksheets, study materials, question papers, and practice exercises as required.
- Ensure students are adequately prepared and confident before their Hindi Prachar Sabha examinations.
- Maintain proper records of students' attendance, academic progress, and examination performance.
- Communicate students' progress and areas of improvement to the academy management and parents when required.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes while maintaining discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academy team regarding examination registrations, schedules, preparation, and other academic requirements.
- Participate in academy events and special academic programs when required.
- Be willing to take additional/weekend classes during examination periods or whenever required for student preparation.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching Hindi is preferred.
- Experience preparing students for Hindi Prachar Sabha examinations is highly preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi.
- Good understanding of the Hindi Prachar Sabha syllabus and examination system.
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to teach students of different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Patient, responsible, punctual, and student-friendly approach.
- Willingness to work on weekends when required.

- Ability to make classes engaging while maintaining an examination-focused approach.
- Good understanding of different Hindi Prachar Sabha examination levels.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
