We are a leading technology-enabled legal services company looking for a meticulous
Medical Officer I to join our Operations team. In this role, you will review and verify large volumes of patients' full medical records with precision, performing clinical reviews defined by specific methodologies. You will be responsible for preparing detailed reports, including chronologies, timelines, summaries, mass tort matrices, and clinical opinions on case validity and valuation.

Key Work Role & Responsibilities
Your daily work roll and core responsibilities will include:
- Medical Record Analysis: Analyzing and summarizing comprehensive medical records for both pre- and post-settlement legal projects.
- Clinical Data Interpretation: Interpreting complex clinical data in terms of medical terminology, patient evaluation, and diagnosis.
- Reporting: Preparing detailed reports featuring case chronologies, mass tort matrices, timelines, and medical opinions.
- Performance Tracking: Providing daily reports to the Medical Team Lead regarding your productivity and quality metrics.
- Compliance & Culture: Strict adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) at all times, while maintaining organizational policies and culture.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualifications & Experience
- MBBS Graduate: No prior experience required.
- BHMS / BAMS Graduate: Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically with Claims Processing in the Insurance sector.
Technical Skills
- Clinical Expertise: Sound knowledge of medical terminology, assessments, patient evaluation, and clinical medicine.
- Data Analysis: Knowledge of basic-level healthcare data analysis and structured clinical review methodologies.
- Software Proficiency: Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.

- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking under tight deadlines.
- Pressure Management: Ability to function effectively under pressure and manage deadline-oriented project demands.
