KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate labour for interior execution projects
- Handle labour recruitment, scheduling and deployment
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety regulations
- Maintain attendance, working hours and performance records
- Coordinate between project managers and workers
- Resolve workforce-related issues and ensure smooth communication
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Interior project experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of labour laws and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
