Job Title: Inside Telesales Executive – Diamond Industry
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Experience: 1–5 Years (Diamond Industry Experience Mandatory)
Job Description:
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls with existing and potential diamond buyers.
Promote and sell polished diamonds to domestic and international clients.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Cordinate with inventory and operations teams for order processing and dispatch.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–5 years of telesales experience in the diamond industry (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of polished diamonds, assortments, and pricing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
