Bake A Tale Pasticceria is looking for a passionate Cake Designer & Baker to join our growing team!
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just know how to decorate a cake, but genuinely enjoys the entire process from baking the sponge to creating the final design.
What we’re looking for:
You should be comfortable with:
- Baking and assembling different kinds of cakes, tiered cakes as well
- Designing and decorating celebration cakes
- Working with buttercream, ganache, fondant, sugar sheet and other cake finishes
- Creating clean, creative and customised cake designs
- Baking cookies, brownies and other bakery products
- Basic knowledge of breads and other baked goods
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and quality in the kitchen
About Bake a Tale
Bake a Tale is a new-age premium patisserie and bakery concept built around the idea of creating exceptional food completely from scratch.
We believe good food takes time.
From our cakes and desserts to cookies, brownies, breads and savoury products, we focus on making as much as possible in-house, from scratch. We work with quality ingredients and believe in proper techniques rather than shortcuts.
We are a new and growing business, which means this is an exciting opportunity to become part of the journey from the beginning.
