IMPORTANT SHORTLISTING CRITERIA (Mandatory Requirements)

- Education: Must hold a Graduate Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 10 to 12 years of core experience in Electrical Design Engineering (MEP/Infrastructure project background is mandatory).
- Software Expertise: Direct hands-on experience with DiaLux, ETAP, and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Technical Core: Must have design experience in 33/11 KV HT Substations, LT Panels, and DG Sizing/Calculations.
- Location: Willing to work full-time at our Head Office in Chembur, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Engineering Calculations:
- Perform accurate design calculations for Cable Sizing, Lighting/Illumination (Lux calculation via DiaLux), Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems.
- Prepare Electrical Equipment Layouts, Power Distribution Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and Demand Calculations.
- Sizing and selection of Transformers, HT Switchboards, LT Panels, DG Sets, and Capacitor Banks.
2. Drawing & Documentation:
- Guide and manage a team of draftspersons in preparing accurate engineering drawings (Equipment layouts, Cable tray layouts, Transformer foundation drawings).
- Ensure full technical compliance with Indian and International Electrical Codes (IS, IE Rules, IEC, etc.).
3. Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Generate Technical RFQs based on project-specific material requirements.
- Conduct technical evaluation of vendor offers, review vendor drawings, and prepare Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for SCM clearance.
4. Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for drawing approvals and clarification of contract scopes.
- Handle Quantity Take-Off (QTO) based on approved drawings and issue Good For Construction (GFC) drawings to the site execution team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 10–12 years of experience in MEP/Infrastructure consultancy or EPC contracting firms.
- Proficiency in ETAP, DiaLux, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of PLC / SCADA systems is a strong plus.
- Experience with Metro, Data Center, or major Infrastructure design is highly advantageous.
