The Role
Within our DevOps engineering team at Kyndryl, you'll be a master of managing and administering the backbone of our technological infrastructure. You'll be the architect of the system, shaping the base definition, structure, and documentation to ensure the long-term success of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
IaC & DevOps: Build secure, reusable Terraform modules with embedded policy-as-code and backup protection
CI/CD Security: Integrate automated security scans; block non-compliant deployments
Compliance & Monitoring: Enable continuous compliance, drift detection, and remediation
Governance & Enablement: Document standards, runbooks, and drive secure DevOps adoption
Logging & Monitoring (ALZ): Implement centralized logging, alerting, and incident integration
Security Remediation: Identify and fix compliance gaps using policy enforcement
App Migration (ALZ): Plan and execute migration/rebuild with full compliance and validation
Cloud Migration: Migrate on-prem workloads to cloud with minimal disruption and full monitoring integration

Required Technical and Professional Experience
10 -15 Years of Experience on IT, 5+ Years relevant Experience on Devops Engineer
Strong experience in Azure Landing Zone (ALZ) architecture
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting frameworks
Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance
Experience in cloud migration (rehost, refactor, rebuild)
Familiarity with Azure Policy and compliance tooling
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
Experience with enterprise-scale cloud transformations
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
