Key Responsibilities

Build and execute the Refurb S/S/N sourcing plan against the category sales forecast.

Coordinate with entities on closed-loop inbound — what's coming through buyback and ITAD operations that's relevant to refurb.

Develop and manage relationships with international and domestic refurb brokers and off-lease suppliers.

Run OEM trade-in program coordination where applicable.

Negotiate price, quantity, condition grade, and warranty terms with each source.

Quality-grade inbound inventory — what goes into refurbishment, what goes to parts harvesting, what goes to recycling.

Manage working capital — minimise dead stock, balance turns against availability for sales.

Coordinate with QC Lead on inspection protocols at inbound.
Candidate Profile

5–8 years in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing roles in IT hardware, refurb, or related industries.

Strong commercial negotiation skills — refurb sourcing is a relationship-driven negotiation business.

Comfortable with multi-channel sourcing (closed-loop, broker, OEM).

Working capital discipline — understands the cost of inventory and dead stock economics.

Numerate and CRM/ERP-friendly.
Preferred / Nice to Have

Prior experience sourcing refurbished servers, storage, or networking specifically.

International sourcing experience — US, EU, and SEA broker markets.

ITAD or asset disposition exposure.
