We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Support Engineer to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Linux, Networking, VoIP, and troubleshooting. Freshers with good technical understanding and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Provide technical support via calls, emails, and support tickets.

Assist in troubleshooting Linux, VoIP, Dialer, and network-related issues.

Support the configuration of IP Phones, PBX systems, and telecom services.

Monitor servers, backups, and system health.

Assist with software installation, upgrades, and maintenance.

Create and update technical documentation and support records.

Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Follow company SOPs and support processes.

Basic knowledge of Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu preferred).

Understanding of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Basic knowledge of VoIP, SIP, or IP Telephony.

Familiarity with Asterisk or VICIdial is an added advantage.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and customer support skills.

Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of technical support experience can apply.

Linux, Networking, or VoIP certifications will be an added advantage.
