Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Hospital Business Development Executive to strengthen our referral network and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in hospital marketing and process strong relationship with doctors, clinics, corporate organizations , insurance companies TPAs and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners.
- Generate patient referrals and increase hospital business through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Visit physicians, diagnostic centers, corporate clients, and healthcare institutions on a regular basis.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and health packages to potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless patient support.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long term partnerships.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, CME activities and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly business development targets and submit regular reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and referral patterns .
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospital / healthcare marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities.
- Must be willing to travel for field marketing activities.
- Valid two - wheeler with driving license preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
