- Set VMC machines according to the production plan, component drawing, and approved work instructions.
- Install and set the correct fixture, vice, jaws, and workholding arrangement.
- Load and verify the correct VMC program as per the component and drawing revision.
- Set work offsets and tool offsets accurately.
- Load and set cutting tools, tool holders, and inserts as per the approved tooling requirement.
- Set tool length and diameter offsets using the applicable tool-setting procedure.
- Establish the required work coordinate system/datum.
- Verify tool numbers, tool positions, cutting conditions, and program details before production.
- Conduct dry runs/single-block checks where required before machining the first component.
- Ensure proper component clamping, alignment, and tool clearance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
