Seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation, stabilization, optimization, and audit governance across all departments including Procurement, Production, Inventory, Sales, Finance, HR, and Projects.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in ERP rollout within a manufacturing environment and should be capable of aligning ERP workflows with operational realities on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP Implementation & Rollout
Lead ERP implementation across departments.
Coordinate with functional heads to finalize BRD and workflows.
Configure masters (Item, BOM, Routing, Vendors, Customers, Cost Centers, etc.).
Ensure seamless go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
2. Cross-Department ERP Governance
Monitor ERP usage across:
Procurement & Store
Production Planning & MRP
Quality Control
Sales & Dispatch
Finance & Accounts
HR & Payroll
Ensure data discipline and system-driven processes.
3. Process Audit & Compliance
Conduct internal ERP audits.
Identify process gaps and leakage points.
Ensure maker-checker controls.
Maintain SOP documentation.
4. Reporting & MIS
Develop real-time dashboards for management.
Monitor KPIs:
Inventory Turnover
WIP Control
Production Variance
Order Fulfilment
Procurement Cycle Time
Present monthly ERP performance reports.
5. Training & Change Management
Conduct ERP training sessions.
Handle user adoption challenges.
Coordinate with ERP vendors/IT team for upgrades and issue resolution.
Required Skills:
Experience in Manufacturing ERP (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Tally Prime with Manufacturing / or similar)
Strong understanding of:
MRP
BOM & Routing
Production Planning
Inventory Management
GST & Financial Integration
Hands-on experience in ERP audit and process control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Background:
Experience in engineering/manufacturing industry (Water treatment, fabrication, heavy engineering, process equipment preferred).
Understanding of project-based manufacturing is an advantage.
Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E / B.Com / MBA (Operations / Systems / Finance preferred)
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
