About Weezy
Weezy is a Bengaluru-based D2C men's fast-fashion brand building contemporary, well-fitted clothing for guys who care about how they look without overcomplicating it. We sell across weezy.in, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, and more. We're a lean team of 5 moving fast backed by marquee angels and strategic investors from Hong Kong, and we're building out our influencer and performance marketing engine from scratch.
The Role
This is a research and strategy role not a content creation/sales role. Your job is to find the right creators, understand the landscape, and give us an actionable picture of who we should be working with and why. You'll be the person who turns creator research into revenue decisions for us.
Think: part analyst, part trend-spotter, part strategist.
What You'll Do
- Conduct deep-dive research on the Indian men's fashion creator ecosystem — identifying active, relevant, and performance-proven creators across Instagram and YouTube.
- Mine the Meta Ads Library to identify creators who have done active paid collabs with brands like or similar to that of Weezy
- Build and maintain a live creator database with follower size, niche, engagement estimate, past brand associations, and contact details.
- Profile shortlisted creators — content style, audience fit, what kind of Weezy product would suit them, and what kind of reel concept would work.
- Map creator recommendations to our active inventory — specifically helping us liquidate slow-moving SKUs through targeted creator-product pairing.
- Draft outreach messages (DM and email), maintain the outreach tracker, and follow up on open conversations.
- Assist in building content briefs for confirmed collaborations.
- Keep a weekly summary of the creator pipeline and surface insights directly to the founder.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong command of written & spoken English — you will be drafting, reaching out and drafting briefs independently end to end.
- Genuinely plugged into men's fashion content on Instagram — you know the creators, the aesthetics, the brands, without having to Google them.
- Research-first mindset — able to go deep, be thorough, and organise information in a way that's decision-ready.
- Comfortable with tools like Meta Ads Library, Instagram search, Google Sheets / Excel.
- Detail-oriented and self-driven — this role requires you to run independently with minimal hand-holding.
- Prior experience or projects in influencer marketing, social media research, or fashion content is a strong plus — not mandatory.
- Final year student or recent graduate from mass communication, marketing, fashion, or a related field preferred.
What This Is Not
This is not a role where you'll be making reels, shooting content, or managing our Instagram page. You will not be writing captions or doing community management. This is pure research, strategy, and outreach — with a very direct line to how we spend our creator marketing budget.
