About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated *Field Sales Executive* to drive the sales and marketing of our premium interior products, specializing in *tile trims, profiles, and related fittings*.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the field—building a robust network of retail showrooms, connecting with local builders, and collaborating with interior designers to expand our market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
* *Retailer Network Expansion:* Visit tile showrooms and hardware retailers daily to pitch our product catalog, secure orders, and ensure prominent product display.
* *B2B Lead Generation:* Identify, meet, and establish strong working relationships with local builders, contractors, and interior designers to get our products specified in their projects.
* *Product Promotion:* Educate retailers and influencers (like tile-layers and contractors) on the technical benefits and aesthetic value of using our tile trims.
* *Market Intelligence:* Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends in your assigned territory.
* *Sales Targets:* Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets while ensuring timely payment collection from clients.
What We Are Looking For
* *The Hustle:* A proven track record in B2B or retail field sales (experience in the building materials/interiors industry is a major plus).
* *Relationship Builder:* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in [Insert Local Language] and basic English.
* *Local Expert:* Good geographic knowledge of the assigned region and a willingness to travel extensively on a daily basis.
* *Ownership:* A self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision to hit numbers.
* *Vehicle:* Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
