Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate I - Stores to manage aerospace inventory, warehouse operations, and supply chain material flows. In this role, you will ensure full compliance with aviation quality standards (AS9100), trace material certifications, and manage inventory control systems.
Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management: Receive, store, issue, and manage raw materials, hardware, components, and tools adhering strictly to AS9100/ISO9001 aerospace standards.

Warehouse & Logistics: Execute daily warehouse functions using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for material receiving, binning, kitting, and stock replenishment.

Traceability & Compliance: Maintain 100% material traceability, chemical shelf-life monitoring, batch/lot control, and inspect incoming Manufacturer Test Reports (MTRs) / Certificates of Conformance (CoC).

Kitting & Dispatch: Prepare accurate material kits and assemblies for production lines according to work orders and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Stock Auditing: Perform regular cycle counts, physical inventory reconciliations, and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.

ESD & FOD Handling: Enforce Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention procedures and Static Sensitive Device (ESD) storage requirements across all handling zones.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in stores, warehouse management, or inventory control within the aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing industry.

Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating ERP/WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Keka) and material tracking tools.

Compliance Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of AS9100 quality standards, shelf-life management, and ESD/FOD safety practices.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear written/verbal communication.
