Orgix Media is looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Business Operations Executive who can work directly with the founder and help manage business operations, client communication, and internal processes.
What You'll Do:
- Create proposals, quotations, agreements, and invoices
- Handle professional email communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients and team members
- Manage sales inquiries and lead tracking
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools to improve workflows
- Maintain reports and data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Assist in LinkedIn and Instagram content management
- Post content, monitor engagement, and manage responses
- Organize documents, meetings, and operational tasks
- Support the founder in day-to-day business activities
Requirements:
Excellent English Communication Skills (Written & Spoken)
Strong Email Writing Skills
Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
Comfortable with AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability
Professional Personality & Good Communication
Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently
Preferred:
- Experience in Digital Marketing or Agency Environment
- Basic Understanding of Sales & Client Management
- LinkedIn & Social Media Knowledge
