Role: Tender Engineer
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (On-site)

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Tender Engineer to join the Trivarna Infra/QSEPL. If you have hands-on experience with plumbing and firefighting project tendering — preparing BOQs, reading technical drawings, and winning bids — we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
- Study tender documents, NIT/EOI notices, and technical specifications for plumbing and firefighting projects
- Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis for GI, CPVC, HDPE, uPVC, MS pipe systems
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive material rates
- Compile and submit complete tender packages — technical + commercial bids
- Track government and private sector tenders on GeM, CPPP, and state portals
- Liaison with project sites to understand scope and material requirements
- Ensure compliance with IS standards, BIS certifications, and NBC 2016 guidelines for fire safety
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and follow-up actions
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Fire Engineering (or related field)
- 2–5 years of experience in tendering for plumbing or firefighting / fire NOC projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems — GI, CPVC, HDPE, uPVC pipe materials and fittings
- Familiarity with firefighting systems — sprinklers, hydrant lines, fire suppression BOQs
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and tender portals (GeM / CPPP)
- Understanding of NBC 2016 and TAC/NFPA fire safety norms is a strong plus
- Good written communication — ability to draft technical notes and compliance letters
- Local candidates from Chhattisgarh preferred; knowledge of Chhattisgarh government tender ecosystem is an advantage
