Principal AI Engineer – LLM, NLP & Voice Bot Development

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Principal AI Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade AI solutions focused on LLMs, Voice Bots, NLP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in building scalable AI applications, developing conversational AI systems, and deploying production-ready APIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI-powered applications using LLMs and NLP technologies.
- Build and optimize intelligent Voice Bot solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Develop and enhance RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
- Create high-performance REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
- Optimize prompt engineering, model performance, and inference latency.
- Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms with production-grade architecture.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Exposure to Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and conversational AI platforms.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
- Experience working with multilingual AI applications is an added advantage.
