We are looking for talented, reliable, and well-spoken professionals to join our team. Whether you are a master barber or an expert female stylist and beautician, we believe a great salon professional is not just a hair dresser, but a grooming and beauty consultant. We need someone who can comfortably work with different clients, make them feel welcome, and actively help grow the business by recommending the right products and services based on what the customer actually needs.
Role-Specific Responsibilities:
- For Barbers (Men's Grooming): Expertly cut and style hair, including fades, tapers, trims, and precise beard shaping for diverse hair types.
- For Female Stylists/Beauticians (Women's Services): Must be highly skilled and experienced in all women's services, including women's haircuts, eyebrow shaping, threading, all types of waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other essential beauty treatments.
Universal Responsibilities (For All Applicants):
- Consultation & Upselling: Act as an advisor. Carefully observe the client’s needs and suggest relevant services. For example, if a client has tanned skin, confidently recommend a de-tan treatment or facial and explain the benefits. Recommendations should always be helpful and never forced.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our salon products and brands. You must be able to confidently answer customer queries such as, "What is the difference between an O3 de-tan and a Raaga de-tan?", "Why should I get a hair spa?", or "What type of wax should I use at home?"
- Customer Communication: Engage clients in polite, friendly conversation, accurately understand their desired look, and thoroughly answer any grooming or beauty questions they may have.
- Sanitation & Organization: Keep your workstation, tools, and the general shop area impeccably clean, neat, and hygienic at all times.
Strict Shop Policies:
- Personal Habits: Consumption of gutka, paan, chewing tobacco, or cigarettes while on shift or inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Professional Conduct: You must maintain a neat personal appearance and strictly use clean, respectful, and healthy language with clients and colleagues alike.
What You Need (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a premium salon, barbershop, or beauty parlor.
- Solid, proven skills in your respective field (barbering or women's beauty services).
- Good communication skills and fluency in Hindi, Marathi, or English to effectively converse with our clientele.
- A positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of reliability.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: Competitive base salary plus a 10% incentive on extra services and retail product sales.
- Schedule: Fixed schedule (Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview).
