Skills and Competencies

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, management, paralegal studies, or a related field

1-5 years of related experience in contract management, sales support, business operations, procurement, finance, or a legal-related field, preferably within the finance or sales industries
Responsibilities

Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, supporting a dedicated sales team by managing the contracting process from initiation to completion

Act as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution for new business and renewals

Participate in regular sales pipeline reviews to advise on effective commercial approaches and proactively address potential contractual risks

Analyze account data, license parameters, and contract terms to assist the sales team with pricing proposals, cross-selling, and renewals

Independently draft sales contracts in compliance with internal policies, creating solutions that balance company and client needs

Maintain accurate client data and key transaction details within CRM and other relevant systems to ensure consistency throughout the sales cycle

Review and validate executed contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies and confirm all required information is documented correctly

Lead collaboration with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders to review and resolve complex contract issues

Our global Sales Operations & Strategy team is responsible for managing the entire contracting process from initiation to completion. We support and add value to global sales activities, develop new capabilities to improve sales cycle processes, and manage the data and tools that drive our workflow.
