About the Role
City College Jayanagar is looking for enthusiastic and responsible interns to support the
admissions and student support process during the admission season. This role is ideal for
undergraduate students, graduates, or individuals interested in administration, student
counselling, and higher education operations.
The intern will work closely with the admissions team and assist prospective students and
parents throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
● Support students during the online application and admission process
● Guide students and parents regarding courses offered by the college
● Handle basic administrative and documentation tasks
● Maintain and update student data and admission records
● Call and follow up with interested students and applicants
● Assist walk-in students with queries and form filling
● Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth daily operations
● Help manage admission-related communication and reporting
Eligibility Criteria
● Undergraduate students or above can apply
● Good communication skills in English and Kannada preferred
● Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets
● Ability to interact professionally with students and parents
● Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
