Operate and maintain Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) for chemical analysis of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Prepare samples and perform spectrometric testing as per standard procedures.
Verify and record test results accurately.
Calibrate the spectrometer and carry out routine maintenance.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and laboratory procedures.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams for timely analysis.
Eligibility
Diploma/ITI/B.Sc. in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operating an OES spectrometer (preferred).
Knowledge of metal chemistry, sample preparation, and quality control procedures.
Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
