Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Diamond Head to lead our diamond jewellery department. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of diamonds, excellent sales leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Diamond Department to achieve sales targets.
- Guide and mentor the diamond sales team to improve performance.
- Assist customers in selecting certified diamond jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
- Ensure accurate product knowledge regarding diamond quality (4Cs), certification, pricing, and designs.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and display standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and merchandising teams for stock planning.
- Handle high-value customer interactions and resolve escalations professionally.
- Conduct team training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze department performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diamond jewellery retail, including team handling.
- Strong understanding of diamonds, certifications, and jewellery trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail billing/ERP software is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
