- Lead and manage the inventory planning team to ensure efficient inventory operations across the pharmacy network
- Drive inventory planning processes to maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing stock-outs, excess inventory, and expiries
- Monitor and improve inventory KPIs such as fill rate, inventory ageing, stock availability, DOH, and wastage
- Coordinate with pharmacists and operations teams to ensure adherence to inventory management processes at pharmacies
- Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth replenishment cycles
- Analyze inventory trends, consumption patterns, and demand fluctuations to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory health
- Own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory performance and supply chain operations
- Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce inventory-related losses
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of supply chain issues impacting product availability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, finance, and category management to drive supply chain excellence
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
