Designation: Inside Sales Manager (Telugu)
We are looking for a self-motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Manager to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Managers will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
What will you do
- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels
- Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and positioning our training programs
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies
Ideal Candidate should have:
- Fluency in Telugu and English
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Strong Interpersonal and Negotiation skills
- Positive attitude.
- Graduate in any discipline
- Neutral Accent for Interacting with Global customer base

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
