Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 3 and 4-axis CNC milling machines with Siemens controls.
- Knowledge of programming using “Codes”.
- Good knowledge on first part approval.
- Load CNC programs and perform necessary tool offsets, coordinate settings, and parameter adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and process sheets.
- Install, align, and secure workpieces, tools, and fixtures.
- Monitor machining processes and make real-time adjustments to maintain accuracy and surface finish.
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, dial indicators, etc.).
- Maintain logs of production and inspection results.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleanliness of machines and work area.
- On time report issues related to quality, tooling, or machine performance.
- Collaborate with programming and quality teams for continuous improvement.
- Good troubleshooting ability.
- Willingness to work in shifts and under production timelines.
- Skilled in operating and adjusting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
- Knowledge on PPE usage 5S.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in CNC milling (Siemens-controlled machines only).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
