We are expanding our operations and looking for a highly motivated and technically experienced Civil Engineer (Diploma in Civil Engineering) to join our team for the setup and operational development of our new manufacturing facility in Derabassi, Punjab.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in construction chemicals, particularly concrete admixtures and adhesives, along with practical industry experience in product development, QA/QC, creative thinking and out-of-the-box innovating capability and technical sales support.
# Key Requirements:
* Diploma in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction chemicals industry
Strong knowledge of:
* Concrete admixtures
* Adhesives
* Construction chemicals
Hands-on experience with:
* PCE-based admixtures
* SNF-based admixtures
* Plasticisers
* Site trials and concrete applications
# Job Responsibilities:
* Set up and manage the new tiles/chemical manufacturing plant
* Conduct research & development for new products
* Develop and test formulations in the QA/QC and R&D lab
* Handle quality testing of raw materials and concrete
* Perform troubleshooting and concrete mix designs
* Conduct site trials and technical support for customers
* Develop B2B sales strategies for admixture products
* Build a contractor and dealer network outreach
* Support sales and market development of construction chemicals
# Skills Preferred:
* Strong technical and practical understanding of concrete technology
* Knowledge of QA/QC procedures for admixtures
* Good communication and field-handling skills
* Ability to independently manage technical and sales operations
