Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D designs and presentations using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other design elements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor work progress to ensure designs are implemented as planned.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation when required.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback and site requirements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior execution.
- Strong creative, visualization, and design skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
